MACC is much more than just an animal shelter. It’s a place where dedicated professionals and volunteers share their commitment, their passion and their talent to help the animals and people of Nashville-Davidson County.
We have many opportunities in which people can participate, i.e., enrichment, engagement training, play groups, grooming, clerical help, assisting with special projects and clinics, being an advocate for spay/neuter, assisting with humane education and adoptions.
We accept volunteers of any age (12 and under have special enrichment projects to work on from home). Volunteer opportunities vary depending on training and hours required.
We are building a community of excellent animal welfare and we want you to join us!
