Provide administrative support for the 6th Annual Living Well Health Fair which will be held on Oct 21, 2017. As a volunteer Event Assistant you will assist the Community Relations Manager to prepare and make plans for the Health Fair. The preparatory work will take place at Keiro Northwest. Leading up to the event, you can work weekly from Monday - Friday for 5-12 hours a week. On the day of the event October 21, 2017, you will work from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Position Responsibilities
- Find suitable vendors, demonstrators, and speakers for the 6th Annual Living Well Health Fair
- Organize and update vendors information
- Manage the logistics and other responsibilities for the Health Fair
- Post-event work including sending thank you letters
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Attend Health Fair committee meeting once a month
- Knowledge and experience with office equipment and Microsoft Excel
- Dependable, pay attention to detail and able to follow directions
- Carry out verbal and/or written instructions in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work efficiently in a team environment
Timeline: Any day Monday - Friday & Oct 22nd, 2016, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (5-12 hours a week)
