K Camp Volunteer at Glen Acres
K-Camp Volunteer assisting a couple campers prepare to enter Kindergarten in the Fall.

2019 Kindergarten Camp is now recruiting volunteers for the summer camps. If you are interested in volunteering in the summer, contact us and we will put you on the waiting list and contact you when we have camp times and locations set for you to chose a school that works for you!

Description of Camp:

Kindergarten Countdown Camp is a free 3-4 week summer camp designed to help children with little to no preschool experience begin their first year of school prepared to learn. Licensed teachers provide instruction in a classroom setting. Students attend a half-day of school and adjust to the routines of a typical school day.

Kindergarten Camp Volunteers assist teachers in the academic, social, and emotional development of campers. They help with classroom activities and games. Volunteers commit to 1-2 hour time slots each week.
