We are looking for a volunteer to support us with multimedia efforts, including but not limited to:

* Video Production to share our programs and services on our website and social media

* Help with social media posts and website updating

* Compiling e-newsletters

* Putting together an outreach calendar

The Taylor County Child Welfare Board is dedicated to protecting the unprotected chidren of Abilene from child abuse and/or neglect.

• • • To assist children who are hurting form child abuse and neglect by providing emergency resources. To support Child Protective Services caseworkers and make their work less stressful. To educate the community about child abuse and neglect and to take an active role in efforts to prevent child abuse and strengthen families.

Description


Abilene Community Partners is a subcommittee of the Taylor County Child Welfare Board (TCCWB). TCCWB supports Child Protective Services in an effort to advocate for and increase the effectiveness of services to vulnerable children and families while promoting prevention of child abuse and neglect so that all children live in a loving, nurturing and safe environment.
