Graphic Designer Role & Responsibilities

This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a group of passionate, young, fun leaders who are bringing Social and Emotional Leanring, Mindfulness, Art & Meditation to education! We would love to hear from you!

Seeking professional, edgy, artsy, graphic designer to use pictures and word phrases we provide you (also come up with your own if you are inspired) to create photos to post on Instagram and Facebook related to Personal Development, Daily Inspiration/ Motivation, Mindfulness, Meditation, Educaiton, and Youth Empowerment.

Daily Engagement

manager must spend 10-15 minutes per day doing these things to grow our audience engagement authentically.

  1. Go to posts on Facebook and Instagram and click through to individuals who have liked our posts.

  2. Like a few of their posts.

  3. Leave a friendly comment on one and start small conversations.

  4. Support, encourage and nurture our top engaged audience members.


Daily Posts To Facebook & Instagram

Manager must post pictures and write valuable, professional, inspirational, educational content related to Personal Development, Daily Inspiration/ Motivation, Art, Mindfulness, Meditation, Education, and Youth Empowerment. Each post on Instagram or Facebook should fall under one of the categories below:

  1. Address urgent need

  2. Use human centric images to connect to viewers hearts

  3. Feature youth / impact achieved

  4. Pictures of distressed teens to illustrate crisis/ problem

  5. Educational facts/ stats to raise awareness

  6. Inspire daily motivation relating to your curriculum content

  7. Provide ways to get involved/ sponsor a school/ take action

  8. Feature inspirational HiEQ Leaders doing the good work around the world (people who have found their purpose and give it back to the world by sharing their gifts and talents. We like highlighting other nonprofits, other individuals and other projects.)

Each post on Instagram or Facebook should speak directly to one of these specific audiences:

  • Teens/ Students

  • Parents

  • Teachers

  • People interested in self development, mindfulness and mental wellness, etc.
