Calling all Clever Cats, Quarrelsome Queens and Munching Mikes!
Letterland Day at Pullen Park will be on Saturday, May 6th. We need your help to make this special event a huge success.
Volunteers are needed from 9:30am to 1:00pm and 12:30pm-4pm. You may sign up to volunteer for one or both shifts. Volunteer opportunities include:
Activity station assistant: Volunteer will assist with activity stations, easy face painting, games, and general event support.
- Mascot: Take on the role of a costumed Letterland Character. Requires high energy and enthusiasm. Breaks will be given regularly to ensure adequate hydration and cooling periods.
To volunteer, you must be at least 15 years old. All volunteers will be required to complete a volunteer release form. For those under the age of 18, a parent/guardian will need to complete the form. The release form will be emailed to all registered volunteers prior to May 6th.
Per department policies, this volunteer opportunity is not to be used towards court appointed community service hours.
