Description
The Fund Development Manager works along with the Executive team for planning & coordinating all aspects of fund development. Their core role is to provide leadership on all fundraising initiatives including special events, sponsorship, donor cultivation, grant writing. Below are some of the qualifications we are looking for.
Qualifications
- Experience in fundraising for nonprofits
- A broad range of connections in both public and private sector
- Grant researching and writing skills
- Able to manage a team of grant writing and researching volunteers
- Knowledge of long-term grants (3-5 years)
- Works well with a team of leads of different areas and can achieve goals
- Professional etiquette and experience to work with nonprofit boards
