Volunteers are needed to support the Parrot Head Club "Back to Basics" 2017 event at Riverside Hotel on Las Olas. Friday, May 19th, there will be a mighty Pirate Bash featuring music by Lynley Tolls of Calypso Nuts fame. Games are as fun as a barrel of rum. Guests will wear their best pirate swag for a chance to win prizes. There will also be an annual ducky race and a silent auction.
The event supports Children's Home Society of Florida, Intercoastal Division and we need volunteers to help at their silent auction and registration tables. Please note, all volunteers must be at least 21 years of age.

Founded in 1902 as an adoption agency, Children’s Home Society of Florida is one of the oldest and largest statewide children’s organizations in Florida. Over the years our services have expanded to include the fight to end child abuse and neglect. Each year, we help nearly 1,800 vulnerable children and families in Broward County. We have been able to do this because of wonderful people like you, who understand how important it is to ensure that children are safe in loving, caring homes.
