Here at Best Hospice we have oppurtunities for
- seniors,
- students who are in healthcare or business fields,
- someone who is looking to brush up their skills sets, or
- anyone who is comitted to the hospice philosophy who is willing to contribute to our community.
An orientation is required for all volunteers. Below are some but not all oppurturnites to assist those at the end of life are:
- Companionship/socialization
- Light Housekeeping
- Community Awareness Events
- Bereavement support
- Respite for caregivers
- Clerical work in Administration
- Vigil presence
We have a variety of oppurtunites availible please contact us to find out how your unique qualifications and personaility may help our hospice patients.
