Cooking Matters provides hands-on nutrition and cooking education for families and parents! This awesome program teaches healthy recipes, and provides all of the ingredients for families to prepare the recipe at home. In this family module, children ages 6 - 12 are invited to cook alongside their parents. We are seeking volunteers to supervise younger children in the Kids Zone during classes.
