This volunteer opportunity includes:
Friday - Set-Up Day - 8am-Noon: Tent set-up, install mat floors, tables, chairs, signs, banners, etc.
Friday - Noon-6pm: Assist Artists unloading vehicles, setting up tents, etc.
Saturday - 6am-9am: Complete Event Set-Up, Assist Artists.
9am-5:30 pm: Staff Gates, Basket Raffle, Kids' Place, Kids' Art Sale, Parking Lot, Silent Auction, Hospitality, etc.
Sunday - 9:30am-5:30pm - Staff Gates, Basket Raffle, Kids' Place, Kids' art Sale, Parking Lot, Silent Auction, Hospitality, etc.
Sunday - Event Breakdown - 5pm-7pm: Tent Removal, Sign/Banner Removal, Tables & Chairs Removal, Trash Removal, Assist Artists Loading out, etc.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Rees Carillon Society is to promote the culture, awareness, education, and enjoyment of cast bells through education, musical programs, and special events.
Description
The mission is accomplished through tours for students and adults, carillon concerts, international carillon festival; and through special events that draw people to the carillon and increase their awareness and appreciation of this world-class musical instrument: Art Spectacular, Carve for the Carillon, Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular, and Carolling at the Carillon.
