About Angels Touch
Planning a trip to volunteer in Africa can be very exciting, but also it can be just as overwhelming. Encounter Local presents you the best opportunity to have amazing experience that comes with volunteering in Africa, whilst getting to interact with the local people and learn about their culture and lifestyle.
We have a well-structured system of operations to facilitate airport transfers, accommodation, meals, project placements and weekend excursions; up until the departure of a volunteer. Our volunteer coordinators will be there throughout your time to support you in the lead up to your departure from your home country to the very end of your placement.
They will also take you through a detailed induction session which will prepare you to resourcefully lend a hand and as well gain and give as much as possible from this experience.

Description
Angel’s Touch is a volunteer tourism organization, established in January 2015 by an international partnership to offer volunteers a platform to learn, experience and work towards 'setting structures’. All of which have the potential to bring positive outcomes in the local community.
The founders of Angel’s touch volunteer have worked in the volunteer tourism industry in Kenya for a combined total of 7 years and have both the commitment and the passion to help those less fortunate in society. They identified the gap- a lack of resources and organization to assist international people willing to volunteer and contribute to a third world society and sought about developing a project that would help bridge this gap.
Program goals:
-Orienting volunteers to our teaching projects
- Guiding volunteers to utilise their skills in benefitting the projects
- Organizing children's programs in sports, recreative, literacy and arts/craft
-Guiding volunteers with practical activities
- Evaluating placements on weekly basis and making necessary adjustments
-Promoting sustainability on our projects
