Looking to get dressed up for a night out while giving back to your community? Join us as a volunteer for the Wings of Hope for Melanoma Gala!

Melanoma Research Volunteers are inspired and passionate in their community fight against melanoma! Together, you will provide support and make a difference in the lives of those who have been affected by this disease. As volunteers you are our key to success; we appreciate the time, energy and commitment that you devote to this cause. We could not have the same impact without you!

How Can I Help?

Volunteers will help with:

Greeters - Welcome guests to the event and hand out giveaways at the end of the event as guests part.

Registration - Help visitors check-in and check-out at the event (may be required to use the event management system Givesmart. Training will be provided)

Silent Auction - Be near auction tables, explain to guests how to do mobile bidding and talk about the item.

Step And Repeat Volunteers - 2 for the main step and repeat, 1 each for #GetNaked and #EyeGetDilated photo ops (will also offer to take photos with their phones for our guests)

Roaming Volunteers - Help with mobile bidding, directions, where items are, tables etc.

Seaters - will show sponsors to their tables if needed and help others find seating upstairs and in the back of the room

Photographer’s Assistant

*all volunteers will help collect donations during the fund a grant portion of the program

The Melanoma Research Foundation (MRF) is the largest independent, national organization devoted to melanoma in the United States. Committed to the support of medical research in finding effective treatments and eventually a cure for melanoma, the MRF also educates patients and physicians about prevention, diagnosis and the treatment of melanoma. The MRF is an active advocate for the melanoma community, helping to raise awareness of this disease and the need for a cure.
