We are looking for avid Internet users to join the Bricklayers Team of the 1City Academy Christian Schools and help us virtually raise funds to open two schools (New York & New Jersey) that will serve students in grades 5 to 12. 1City is part of the total ministry of Kingdom City Fellowship (www.kingdomcityfellowship.org).
Bricklayers register with an online website (goodsearch.com) where they will select our ministry as their charity. Once they register, Bricklayers will commit to doing five (5) Internet searches each day which will result in 5 cents a day for our organization. No money comes from your pocket.
For those who shop online, you have the opportunity to shop at your favorite stores using Goodshop and a small percentage of your purchase gets donated back to our organization.
Goodsearch in effect replaces Google or Bing and you can do searches from your mobile device while you're commuting, or from your desktop computer while you're casually surfing!
We will award community service hours each month to teenagers who need it for school.
We send monthly updates to let you know how much money the Bricklayers' team has raised each month. Bricklayers who raise the most for our schools will have their names inscribed on a brick on our school building so that our students will always be reminded of those who made their education possible!!

Description
Friends of MJHS ("Friends") is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation organized for the purpose of generating contributions, pledges and funds for the development and ongoing support of Citadel Academy Prep School (CAPS), a school that will provide students in grades 6-8 with a high quality Christian education through a well balanced, yet challenging curriculum that ministers to the spirit, soul and body.
Friends will also provide funds, management and ongoing support of The SoulDeevas Performing Arts Company, a character building sports and arts program that will serve all youth regardless of their religious affiliation. The SoulDeevas will include programs that provide activities, resources and support during critical out-of-school time hours in a safe, nurturing environment that works from a strengths-based, youth development perspective.
