We need Volunteers who want to make a difference. Individuals who can lead or walk beside horses who are carrying disabled riders. Don't need to be experienced with horses. We will teach you everything you need to know. We also have many other Volunteer opportunities here on the farm. Give me a call or stop out at Fassett Farm. We will be happy to give you a tour.
We are closed until further notice, but are still taking names of interested Volunteers. We will contact you as soon as we reopen.

Mission Statement
The Equestrain Therapy Program is a 501-c-3 charitable corporation organized to improve the quality of life for the disabled by providing equine-facilitated activities and therapies in Lima and the surronding ten-county area in Northwest Ohio.
Description
We are a PATH INTL. Certified Program that provides therapeutic horseback riding to individuals with disabilities. The horse has a unique gait that mimics walking and is a wonderful therapeutic tool for our riders. Our riders experience increased muscle tone, balance, posture and strength.
We also provide programs for the behaviorally challenged and alternative learners. The students partner with the horse in a safe and stimulating learning environment. The ETP Learning Model focuses on academic standards, developmental assets and character skills.
