As an important member of the Hospice Team, our volunteers help by providing care and compassion to both patients and their families. We are in need of a volunteer to make phone calls to home patients or their caregiver to inquire if they need supplies for the weekend and to check in on their comfort level. This position is done in the office and requires strong personal skills and a compassionate heart. Must enjoy talking on the phone, be able to follow a script and speak clearly.

Community Hospice is a nonprofit community-based hospice and palliative care organization dedicated to providing care for those that are terminally ill. This care is essential in preserving each one of our patient's dignity and respect. This is accomplished by meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient and their family.
Community Hospice has been providing quality end of life care in our communities for over 30 years.
