About

PLACEMENT PURPOSE
To establish a dedicated, remote workforce to enhance Financial Shared Services activities, and to provide support to the Billing Department in identifying and resolving past due invoice issues. Helping our unit to gently remind our business customers to pay their invoice enables the Red Cross to continue meeting our service delivery mission. Remote (home-based) or local Red Cross unit

OPEN TIME DAYS
4-8 hours per week

REQUIRED TRAINING
Orientation to the American Red Cross
FSC staff will provide job-specific training on systems and processes
