Mental Health Professional Role & Responsibilities
This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a group of passionate, young, fun leaders who are bringing Social and Emotional Leanring, Mindfulness, Art & Meditation to education and mental health! We would love to hear from you!
Seeking a professionally certified therapists, psychiatrists, counselors, and mental health professionals to use our (8-Week) HiEQ Curriculum with one or more of their teenage clients.
Our interactive HiEQ curriculum is structured so that any mental health professional, mentor, parent or teacher can easily adapt it to diverse range of settings working with youth ages 13-18. There are 8 Topics, each between 65-170 minutes long. Each topic is typically delivered over a one to two week period.
*Option to be involved in our True Connection Documentary about our country's failing education system, and how to truly empower our youth and our communities by transforming our approach to education.
Ultimately, you will be empowering youth, and supporting your clients as they learn to connect more deeply with themselves, each other and their communities. If this sounds like a good fit for you please contact us for more information.

Thus, we created True Connection’s signature SEL (social and emotional learning) HiEQ Curriculum to raise youth’s emotional, social and interpersonal intelligence.
HiEQ is designed to provide teens with the understanding and tools to navigate rising thoughts, emotions, and responses in a way that decreases stress and anxiety and improves ability to learn, connect, and lead within an educational setting and beyond into life, relationships, and career.
