About Midwest Brain Injury Clubhouse

1436 W. Randolph, Suite 500, United States, Chicago, IL 60607, US

Mission Statement

Mission Statement: To
provide life long rehabilitative services and support to those affected by
brain injury or stroke.

The Clubhouse is a unique place where individuals can come to relearn skills through the work of the day. We like to think of the Clubhouse as our home away from home and the folks here are like family. For many the Clubhouse is the next step in transitioning from a patient back into the real world.
