The annual Salvation Army Senior Festival will take place Tuesday,April 24th. On Sunday, April 22nd we are looking for a volunteer group to help set up the festival grounds from 8 am to 1 pm. This event will take place at The Salvation Army William and Catherine Booth apartments. Senior Festival is a fun filled event with food, games, a parade, and musical entertainment. Proceeds from this event help our seniors go to camp.
The volunteer tasks to set-up includes working in the parking lot setting up 18x20 tents, tables, chairs, and banners. Accpeting groups with 10 to 20 volunteers. Indivdiuals welcome as well.

The Salvation Army of San Antonio aims at making the community a better place. The Salvation Army offers a wide assortment of programs including our Emergency Family Shelter, Men's Shelter, Social Services, Disaster Services, Boys and Girls Club, Senior Center and Senior Living Facilities.
The Salvation Army "Now More Than Ever," needs volunteers to assist those in our community who are in need of our help.
