ORGANIZATION: Keep North Fulton Beautiful

Help us help customers to recyle bulky items that can't easily be recycled in ordinary venues. Volunteers are needed to set-up/take-down site, assist in moving items, directing traffic, passing out brochures, delivering snack items to other volunteers, helping with vendor needs, etc. We prefer an all-day commitment from 8am-2pm, but we are happy to accommodate shifts of 8am-11am or 11am-2pm. Please dress appropriately for the outdoors/weather conditions and for work that may be messy at times.

Keep North Fulton Beautiful is an environmental non-profit that provides education and conservation programs to the communities of Johns Creek and Sandy Springs. Our mission is to educate influence and activate our community in the beautification, conservation and preservation of our environment.

Description

We have served our community since our formation as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in 1984, and as an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful, we share the vision of making our communities cleaner and more beautiful places to live, work, and play.

We operate the Sandy Springs Recycling Center on Morgan Falls Rd, and do business as " Keep Sandy Springs Beautiful" and " Keep Johns Creek Beautiful."

Our primary focus areas are litter prevention, beautification, waste reduction, water conservation, and environmental education.
