Break the Cycle is a nonprofit whose mission is to engage, educate and empower youth to build lives and communities free from dating and domestic violence. Break the Cycle furthers this mission by providing young people, ages 12-24, wtih preventive education, free legal services, and peer leadership opportunities.
Break the Cycle needs assistance updating databases and general administrative support. This work would greatly help all of Break the Cycle's program teams reach young people, schools and community organizations across Washington, DC.
This volunteer job would require 2-3 hours one day a week (or one could come every other week and help out in the office for 4-6 hours). We are looking for volunteers who can commit for 2 months, as a little training is required.
