Looking for volunteers interested in gaining experience teaching a lab skill or technquie. We typically focus on molecular and microbiology lab skills, as that is what the lab is set up for. This particular night we will be teaching PCR and primer design. We have slides, protocols, and the experiment ready to go.

Description
BUGSS (Baltimore Under Ground Science Space) is a non-profit 501c3 community laboratory and learning environment for use by a diverse public that is intrigued by the world-chang ing potentials of biotechnology and the creative design solutions that inclusive collaborations can achieve. BUGGS provides:
A laboratory space for use by amateur, professional, and citizen scientists.
A place to learn and have fun with biotechnology in a safe and socially responsible manner.
An intersection for scientific and artistic explorations of biotechnology.
A center for science outreach, communication, and education experience for academics and experts to interface with the public.
An emphasis on understanding through DOING; a space where it is OK to not know.
Support for the DIY biologist and citizen scientist.
A space where individuals can affordably and safely investigate the living world.
