Cornerstone Hopsice an Palliative Care is a community based Hospice which helps support those facing a life-limiting illness or who have a palliative diagnosis. Cornerstone provides support not only for the client, but also the caregiver, family members and friends of the client. Hospice Vaughan is focused on providing support that emphasizes respect, dignity, quality of life and assisting clients to reach their full potential.

Cornerstone is currently seeking complementary therapy volunteers who are certified Reiki,Reflexology, Wholistic therapy, Art therapy, Mindfulness, Massage therapy etc. Interested candidates will be required to provide their credentials and certifications for their profession. In exchange for volunteers services volunteers will receive a free training in Compassionate Touch.

Volunteers working in this capacity will be providing complementary therapy sessions to clients, volunteers and caregivers within the Cornestone community to provide psycho, social and emotional support.
