There are several opportunities to help on June 11th:

1. Registration from 5am-11am

Check-In the participants; assign BIB numbers; collect donations and give important instructions to the riders. (Volunteers must be 18 or older for this position)


2. Recognition Tent from 12noon-4pm

Distribute Event Recognition items: Jerseys/Hoodie/T-Shirts to participants

3. Finish Line Cheering Crew 11am-3pm

Cheer and make lots of noise for all of our riders and runners as they cross the finish line!!!! Pass out medals to participants and help to keep the venue clean. Really fun for families and family members waiting for their rider or runner to return.

4. Medical Staff/Screeners from 11am-3pm

We are seeking medical professionals, hospital, clinic or organization who are willing to donate their time and services and administer free health screenings such as: blood pressure, blood sugar, glucose, for the participants.

5. Breakdown from 4pm-7pm

Once the event is over we need a crew to help us pack up, throw away and breakdown
