ORGANIZATION: Generation Schools Network

The BBB Foundation is seeking a qualified Program Coordinator intern to join the BBB Foundation team. The Program Coordinator Intern will report to the Director of Special Programs and CEO/President. The primary role will be assisting with education program coordination with partner schools and other administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

* Assist in the day to day delivery of the programs and services of the foundation to partnering schools and nonprofit organizations

* Assist in scheduling of required supplies and equipment in each classroom as needed

* Assist in providing support during program to teachers and facilitators as needed

* Assist in coordinating volunteer facilitators

* Assist in communicating with stakeholders to keep them informed of the work of the foundation

* Assist with evaluating program effectiveness to develop improved methods

* Assist with analyzing data from each class to determine how to improve program effectiveness

* Assist with supporting the curriculum or scholarship committees as needed

* Administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

* Commitment to ethics and integrity

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Knowledge of general project or program coordination

* PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is important

* Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow- up skills

* Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability

* Ability to learn software programs
