Assistant Accountant - Manage Excel spreadsheet data entry of donations, product and supply purchases and sales.
Create inventory Excel spreadsheet (or other platform) to track next order date, costs, margins and sell prices of products.
Assist in preparation for bi-annual Board of Directors meeting by interfacing with professional accountant and company manager preparing financial reports.
Contribute to creation of Business Plan and more as required.
2+ days / week based on your schedule
The right candidate shares a virtual office with female founder, other volunteers and one harmless cat.
Charlotte NC resident only - office is in Southpark area of Charlotte.
