We’re seeking a Generalist with a passion for organizational development. In addition to managing the day to day HR functions, will be involved in all aspects of HR including regulatory compliance, performance management, personnel policies, employee relations, staff development, recruiting, and HR reporting.

The Project Manager manages special projects for the Human Resources Team and reports on those projects the Project Management Team. The Project Manager is expected to lead and implement HR projects and work collaboratively with other divisions toward improved business results and high levels of employee engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for recommending and administering HR programs, policies, and procedures supporting staff satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.


  • Creates, tracks and manages projects and provides analytical support for management

  • Reports regular project performance to the Project Management team.

  • Identify trends, determine system improvements, implementing change

  • Helps prioritize and manage maintenance work

  • Act as a resource for general inquiries and provide a confidential communication channel for all employees.

  • Partner with the management team on strategic initiatives including job design, talent reviews, retention, and employee communications.

  • Point of contact for employee related issues and concerns

  • Provide coaching and support to management and staff regarding employee relations issues, performance management, policies and procedures

  • Ensures compliance with employment-related laws and company policies

  • Continuously review the process to identify areas for improvement.

  • Participate in employee orientation/onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Participate in the internal recruiting function; applicant tracking, candidate sourcing and selection while coordinating with Hiring Managers.

  • Assist in the development and execution of programs and processes to attract, onboard, develop and retain key talent across the company.
