Mission Statement
Our Aspiration: Project RELO transforms corporate America’s perspective on the value and character of our veterans through intensive and immersive business leadership training exercises. We do this by pairing small teams of executives with transitioning vets on an exhilarating, outdoor and off-road leadership curriculum. Project RELO intends to place 400 vets into our business network in 2017. By 2018, we intend to have grown both the business and partner networks to a scale where we are capable of placing 5,000 veterans annually
Description
Project RELO is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating business executives
on the benefits of hiring military veterans. This education occurs during immersive leadership courses where veterans and corporate executives conduct simulated military exercises on U.S. Army bases.
Program Development - Project RELO continues its veteran advocacy beyond the conduct of the leadership training missions by helping firms establish robust veteran hiring programs. These programs increase awareness within organizations of the quality and character of our veterans while establishing the foundation and alignment for success.
Mentorship - Project RELO alumni provide an impressive network of talent and insight to our transitioning veterans. Executive mentor volunteers provide coaching and guidance while assisting our veterans in aligning their skills and experiences to business needs.
