Over 6 million promise cards have been counted, packed and shared around the world, only possible with the help of our volunteers. In addition to regular volunteer opportunities for promise-card distribution, we have several volunteer positions available for specific, consistent administrative needs.

Role and Responsibilities

Supervised by the Fulfillment Manager, this is a great opportunity to assist with data entry and processes necessary for the packing and shipping of promise cards, supplies and merchandise to because I said I would events, chapters and supporters. Although not required, this role will also be invited to attend regular weekly staff meetings and other staff-organized activities. Training will be provided. Typical activities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Preparing event supplies for shipment
• Assisting with special projects that may include folding, cutting and printing needs
• Packing, weighing, labeling and shipping merchandise and supplies
• Counting promise cards
• Data entry for leads and lead verification
• Uploading event photos and contact information in the database
• Data entry for chapter, speaking engagement, fundraising, newsletter and character education inquiries from events
