Do you love helping others? Are you patient? Do you have a basic understanding of exercising? If this sounds like you, we are looking for someone who can commit to 1 hour/2 times a week in the afternoons to help a disabled member with his workouts. Your responsibility would be to help him set up the machines, and maneuver on and off them. He would be so thankful for your help!
