Minnesota Hospice was founded by a group of Minnesota Physicians dedicated to improving the model of hospice care in Minnesota. Minnesota Hospice is not a national corporate hospice company. Rather, it was born out of the necessity to create a new model of end-of-life care that embraces the hospice care team as well as our patients and their families.
At Minnesota Hospice we are a culture of love, compassion, and hope that equates to the highest quality of patient care and service to our community caregivers. It is the vision of Minnesota Hospice to be known as The Gold Standard in end-of-life care for our patients, families and for other hospices in Minnesota.
