Bristol Hospice of Pueblo is currently seeking veterans and active duty military personnel to provide companionship, educate staff and participate in ceremonies for veterans with terminal and life-limiting illnesses in the Pueblo area.
Training and supervision is provided, and our Volunteer Coordinator is always available to address any questions or concerns.
Our volunteers serve patients and their families by visiting their patient(s) for one hour per week in their place of residence. Our patients live throughout the Pueblo area in their homes, assisted living communities and long-term care nursing facilities. (Covid Restrictions and Safety Precautions are in affect)
We hope that you will consider becoming a part of our team of caring and compassionate professionals in making a difference in the life of a fellow veteran.
Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care and customer service to our patients, their families, and our referring sources. We believe that exceptional clinical care must include clear communication, a commitment to exceeding customer expectations, and a dedication to deliver services with passion and integrity.
Bristol Hospice is a hospice agency that allows patients to spend precious time with loved ones in the comfort of their own place of residence. Hospice care aims to treat the symptoms of the disease process and to fully support the patient and their family.
