Volunteer Ambassador are needed to greet arriving international passengers, help wth the airport store, and assist with the airport's dog therapy program. Volunteers will receive extensive training, free parking and will have the opportunity to meet and assist people from around the world. Being bilingual is a plus, but is not required.

To hellp relieve the stress and enhance the traveling experience for international visitors to Pittsburgh, members of the U.S. Military and their families, and any traveler or guest who needs assistance.
Description
Pittsburgh International Airport Ambassadors are volunteers from the community who donate their time to provide courteous and friendly assistance and provide a warm welcome to visitors. Ambassadors can make things simple in a busy airport. Ambassadors are what Pittsburgh and Southwestern Pennsylvania are all about.
- Meet and greet passengers and visitors
- Help passengers and visitors by directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Answer questions and provide information about Pittsburgh and Southwestern Pennsylvania
- Serve as translators in special circumstances
- Assist travelers with special needs
