We advocate for citizens of Clark County who have been ruled incapacitated and unable to make their own life decisions by the court. We do this by monitoring the care they receive with weekly visits to personally observe and speak with them.

The mission of the Clark County Adult Guardianship Program is to safeguard the rights of incapacitated adults in Clark County through the use of volunteer advocates from the community.

Description

The Clark County Adult Guardianship Program provides guardianship services, through the use of volunteer advocates from the community, when such services are adjudicated as necessary by the court and there are no relatives or other concerned persons willing, capable, or suitable to act as guardian. It is the goal of the Clark County
Adult Guardianship Program to provide guardianship services that are administered in the least restrictive manner and with the utmost respect for the value of every individual it serves.
