We are hosting an open house as a private event for a large group of our volunteers. We would love a few volunteers that are not part of this group to help direct people traffic; pick-up tables in case empty cups or paper plates get left behind; put out a few decorations in the beginning and pick them up at the end. Most of the work should be pretty low-key, but will require standing/walking for most of that time.
Bonus: If anyone would like to help in the design/theme of the decorations, please let us know!
