OPERATIONS VOLUNTEER DESCRIPTION
ROLE: To assist in various aspects of Women’s Sports Foundations administrative operations and HR functions. Reports to and under oversight of Director of Operations
DUTIES:
- Performs tasks effectively in furtherance of the operations of Women’s Sports Foundations including those related to facilities, information dissemination, administrative support and reconciliation
- Demonstrates dependability
- Keeps accurate records
SPECIFIC TASKS:
Operational tasks
- acts in professional polite manner in dealing with colleagues, vendors and members of public
- acts resourcefully and with appropriate degree of independence in completing tasks
- Dependability
- available to assist in operations at scheduled times
- follows organizational procedures
- confidential Record keeping
- inputs case data accurately into appropriate databases
- maintains appropriate organizational records and filing system
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft office software including but not limited to PowerPoint and Excel
