Do you dislike doing things alone? Do you have a best friend that you love to do things with? Then our It Takes 2 program is something you need to check out! We are a Hospice that serves the Seniors of our community. It is a great way to give back to those who have served and molded our communities their whole lives. The schedule is flexible and you can set you visit schedule around your jobs, obligatons and responsibilities. The only thing that we ask is that you are dependable and consistent in making your visits. Email me today so we can meet and discuss the program further!

Mission Statement
The mission of Hospice Services at Methodist ElderCare is to provide the best hospice care possible for patients located in the counties of Fairfield, Franklin. Pickaway, Delaware, Licking, Fayette, Union, and Madison.
Description
The philosophy of services focuses on maximizing the patients quality of life through an individualized comprehensive care program designed to meet his/her physical,social,emotional and spiritual needs (24) hours a day, (7) days a week. Care is provided by an interdisciplinary team of staff and volunteers. In addition, following the patients death, hospice continues to maintain contact with family members through a (13) month bereavement program.
