Time to touch up the Portola trail with San Francisco Recreation and Parks. It's an important part of our the SF Urban Riders vision for "San Miguel Hills Loop" and connects right to Laguna Honda. You need to show up to make the overall vision a reality!
Where: Portola Dr and Twin Peaks BLVD
What to bring: Wear closed toe work shoes or boots, long pants and a long sleeved shirt. A hat, gloves, and eye protection are recommended along with water, a snack, and sun screen. Gloves and eye protection will also be available on site.

SF Urban Riders is an organization dedicated to creating more offroad cycling opportunities in San Francisco. Our goal is to build a city-wide network of trails where people of all ages and abilities can ride bikes for fun and as a way to experience the outdoors in an urban environment. SF Urban Riders (SFUR) is project of the SF Parks Alliance, a 501(c)(3)
Description
Our organization accomplishes this through advocacy, youth programming, fundraising events, and a commitment to park stewardship.
Since 2008, SFUR has generated thousands of hours of community service, treated over 300 youth to free bike skills programming, and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for mountain projects.
