Shared non-profit workspace that reclaims food that would be wasted, grows gardens, and provides food to those in need, needs a receptionist for our new building!

Duties will include answering phone and transferring calls, assisting the ED and Building Manager with light admin work, data entry, greeting guests, giving directions, and scheduling for event room. No non-profit or office experience necessary, though definitely ideal. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Office365 is a plus! You will receive all necessary training and ongoing support from the Executive Director of the non-profit, as well as the current receptionist.

We are looking for someone with a great attitude to join our positive team on Monday, Tuesday and/or Friday from 11am-4pm. It's a fantastic way to get experience with non-profits and give back to the community!
