About
As part of its Carnegie Corporation grant for digitization and family literacy, the Newark Public Library will be celebrating its Community History Days. Volunteers will be needed to help make these events a success.

Wednesday, April 19
North End Branch
Wednesday, May 10
Springfield Branch
Wednesday, May 24
Schedule
Set up 3:30pm
Event 4-6:45pm
Clean Up 6:45-7:15pm
Tasks for volunteers
* Setup area prior to event
* greeting attendees,
* distributing welcome packets and survey forms,
* giving directions to the activities,
* assisting with the coloring, puzzle, craft and other stations,
* assisting with the refreshment table,
* cleaning of the area after the event.
