Requirements:
- 10-15 hours per month
- expertise with PowerPoont, Publisher, Canva or other graphics program
- graphic design experience preferred
Duties:
- utilize program descriptions provided by adult and youth services librarians to create up to 20 images each month that highlight library programs and services
- upload these images to online slide management software
- images are used in a variety of publicity: website slides, plasma screen slides, signs for stanchions, etc.
- can work any time the library is open, space and computer provided
- work should be completed for the coming month by the third week of the preceding month
- library can provide training and many templates are available in PowerPoint
- Canva and Publisher also available or library can provide graphics program of volunteer's choosing
