Valet bike parking is one of many ways that Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition encourages people to bike to public events.
Help us park bikes at History Park, San Jose on Sunday, May 7th for the third annual Silicon Valley Bikes! Festival. It's a relaxed vibe under the trees, celebrating all things bicycling. Meet new friends, have fun, and support the bicycling community.
There are three shifts: 10:00am - 12:30pm; 12:30pm - 3:00pm and 3:00pm - 5:15pm.
Volunteer responsibilities include accepting attendees' bikes, placing them on bike racks, keeping a watchful eye during the event and then happily returning them to the attendees when they are ready to leave. Volunteers get free entry into the Festival (valued at $5).
