AOBFF

The 7 th Annual Art of Brooklyn Film Festival (June 3-11, 2017) #AoBFF17 is looking for social media interns!

If you’re a magical wizard at Twitter, Instagram and Facebook (especially FB and Instagram Live) get in touch. We need you to help us capture the fun and energy of AoBFF- as it happens - across our social media. Taking and posting photos, @ing our filmmakers and sponsors, and hashtagging like the wind! It’s a great way to network, build your resume and support Brooklyn’s flagship indie film event (that’s us.)

Make sure to send us links to your social media and show us what you can do.

About The Art of Brooklyn Film Festival

Location:

Mission Statement

Founded in 2011, AoBFF is the ONLY international, independent festival in the world devoted to Brooklyn’s vibrant film and media scene. We accept films from all over, as long as they are connected to the borough in some way. We are also the only indie film festival to build and program our own video-on-demand streaming platform: Brooklyn On Demand, where we broadcast festival favorites, original series and more, online and on a Roku channel with over 10,000 subscribers. AoBFF is a creative hub, platform and showcase for independent film and media makers in Brooklyn and around the world. We partner with film distributors and media organizations, host world-class talkbacks, and create innovative programming for networking and skill building. And we screen in state-of-the-art theaters for enthusiastic audiences across Brooklyn. We believe that film festivals exist for filmmakers, not the other way around.

Description

Founded in 2011, The Art of Brooklyn is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization that curates a conversation between the new, Brooklyn-based art community, immigrants, transplants and those born and raised in the borough. We produce the Art of Brooklyn Film Festival and Brooklyn On Demand.
