Please join us this year at our annual Heart & Stroke Ball. Our event will take place at the Beverly Hilton on June 10, 2017.
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE TO SIGN UP.
An orientation will take place on May 31, 2017. Please e-mail Monika Wiggins at monika.wiggins@heart.org for further instructions. You can sign up for the following options and there are different time slots available for sign up:
Registration 4:00 - 6:00 pm
Reception 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Dinner Area Setup 7:00 - 9:45 pm
Staging Area
Helper Working the Room
*This is a black tie event and you will be required to dress up in all black.

Education on how to recognize the warning signs of heart attack and stroke, what the individual risk factors are, how to mitigate those risk factors and most important what you can do in the fight against cardiovascular disease.
