About

Great Strides is preparing to begin Special Olympics training. We will be training 24 athletes each week for 10 weeks and need at least 2 volunteers per athlete to safely run the training program. This is a huge undertaking and we need a lot of help. If you would like to help our athletes experience the excitement of competition, please email Julie@greatstridesli.org

Equestrian background is not necessary. Must be at least 12 years old and be able to walk and jog over a half-hour time frame.

Special Olympics Training Schedule

Mondays 2 sessions 5:00 - 5:45 pm and 5:45 - 6:30 pm
Tuesdays 2 sessions 5:15 - 6:00 pm and 6:00 - 6:45 pm Wednesdays 2 sessions 5:15 - 6:00 pm and 6:00 - 6:45 pm Thursdays 2 sessions 5:15 - 6:00 pm and 6:00 - 6:45 pm
