This is a special online national survey sponsored by HGRBS. The survey asks your opinions about a new online consumer booklet (freely accessible) for the private home decision makers of your geographic area (State, Commonwealth, DC).

Consistent with the "Free Service Policy" of HGRBS, these complete online booklets are homeowner-support items which are not for sale. These have been assembled to enable private home heads of your area to make the best possible decisions about the people they select and hire in your area to assist with your special home maintenance and improvement projects.

Some of the areas which have not been represented by its volunteers for this survey are: California, Georgia, Illinois, Texas, Wyoming, Florida ... ...

If you live in any of these areas, your assistance in this survey is most significant.

We rely on you (the volunteer) to examine this free online booklet/tutorial which is customized to only your specific geographic region (State, Commonwealth, DC). In this you are actually doing something of great worth for private home decision makers where you live. HGRBS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit of independent volunteers. It functions as an exclusive consumer information service. Exclusive emphasis is on supporting the rights and privileges of American private home decision makers in resident-contractor relations.

Specific values are towards residents making safer and wiser decisions, thereby, accruing better, most comparable results.

Demographic Focus: Private residential settings of detached single-family, duplex, and triplex structures, including similarly structured dwellings of townships, mansions, and estates.

Specific Concerns: Home maintenance and improvement in resident-contractor relations.

*Consistent with the HGRBS "Free Service Policy," the nonprofit offers and delivers primarily online [yet also in real-time] free information, advice, consultation, and support specifically related to matters of private home maintenance and improvement locally, statewide, and nationally in the United States. This is its irrevocable policy for operations.
