Mission Statement

WestFair Rides provides sustainable, dignified and efficient transportation services for older adults and vision impaired adults in the greater Westchester County, NY area, including parts of western CT, in order to increase accessibility and mobility, maintain independence and social connections, and support local economic vitality.

Description

WestFair Rides' keeps an update directory of public, private and government ride options for older adults and adults with vision impairments for information and referral. Volunteer drivers ensure that older adults and vision imparied adults get to their medical appointments. Volunteers help with program coordination, outreach, photography, social media and print communications, and other important operations.
