Seeking volunteers in various roles to assist in helping the Dayton Hispanic Chamber fufill it's goal to help in facillitating connections and providing resources for the Greater Dayton Hispanic community, business community and it's members.
We are seeking assitance in various roles to help support committee chairs. Some of the committee/role areas we are seeking volunteers in are:
- Marketing
- Membership
- Events
This is a remote position to accomodate school/work schedule. We believe this exprience would best suit those seeking experience in order to assist them in getting into their career, whether it be a new career, career change or getting back into your desired career field. We will give you the opportunity to work with new tools, gain experience in new areas and you will help to support the mission of the Dayton Hispanic Chamber.
We appreciate all backgrounds of education, and will work to find a role that best suits your background, skillset and career goals. We just ask that candidates apply be:
- Knowledgable in Microsoft Suite/Google Drive and using Hangouts
- Goal-oriented - have career goals in mind
- Self-driven / willing to take initiative
- Consistent, committed and communicative
- Enjoys learning
- Positive and helpful
- Team-player
While we are flexible with length of volunteership, we prefer candidates that are seeking an volunteer role for 5 months or greater.

Since 1992, we have provided an important logistical platform for the Hispanic and mainstream business communities to share ideas, concerns and successes by facilitating the development of partnerships between the Hispanic Chamber members and local community leaders that have allowed them to better understand how each one contributes to the economic growth and social development in The Greater Dayton Area. We serve as an aggregator of information, resources and a promoter of interests related to the Hispanic Community and to those wanting to grow their businesses by reaching out to the Hispanic Community. Additionally, we aim to provide opportunities businesses through networking, advocacy and education.
