As Lab-X Foundation's Social Media Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for managing all of our social media channels, coming up with creative ideas of marketing campaigns for our programs and increasing engagement with the Lab-X community.
This position requires multiple skills :
- Excellent writing/editing, strong communication, tech savvy
- Experience developing strategy and hands-on daily management of content across many platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter).
- Passion for STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math) fields, finding and sharing inspirational stories
- Ability to react to social media trends quickly i.e. reply to comments, messages, shares, etc.
- Ability to remotely work with core Lab-X team to develop content and simple graphics (flyer, posts, info graphics) to be shared on different social media platforms and analyze impact/impressions created by each post
- Find and collaborate with online channels with similar interests who are willing to promote Lab-X posts and content

Our programs focus on providing different aspects of real-world experiences to undergraduate students so that they can find their passion and come up with innovative solutions to problems within their communities.
Our main programs are :
1. Intern Me : 6-8 week international internships with world-class organizations
2. Demo-it : Poster/prototype competitions that enable students to demonastrate their ideas and connect industry and academia.
3. Inspire : We facilitate Virutal Panel discussions with experts so that students get exposed to the latest and greatest in the field of STEM so that they can identify and pursue their interests
